Each CD-ROM can be used by more than one person to obtain recertification credits, at an additional charge of $40.00 per person, but each person may receive credits one time per CD. The price for the first CD is $80.00 + tax. If you purchase more than one at the same time, the price for each additional CD is $70.00 + tax. These prices are valid if CD(s) is/are ordered at the same time that you sign up for classes. You can pick up the CD(s) from the instructor at the time of class.

If you are ordering the CD(s) but are not signing up for classes at the same time, the price for the first CD is $99.95 + tax. If you purchase more than one at the same time, the price for each additional CD is $79.95 + tax. Shipping & handling is FREE!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to 10 days before seminar will receive a refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. Thereafter, no refunds will be given.
